The Challenge
The platform had grown for over a decade on legacy PHP applications built under its original Review Concierge brand. After a difficult start to its digital transformation, Expert Reputation needed a partner to modernize its client-facing products without disrupting the practices that rely on them every day.

The Solution
We rebuilt the client-facing applications on a modern technology stack, creating a NestJS API platform that powers the ReviewIQ client portal, dedicated review microsites for individual practices, and an embeddable reviews widget. The platform runs on AWS, with infrastructure provisioned and managed through Terraform.
We are now extending the modernization effort to the underlying databases and back-office systems, consolidating core operations on the new platform.
